They are VERY active on Twitter and take user reports VERY seriously. They also recently banned shirtless selfies which helllooooooo is a great idea and all apps should do it.As much as it physically pains me to admit it, since becoming single I have had more first dates from POF than other sites.THAT IS THE HARDEST SENTENCE TO WRITE BECAUSE I DESPISE POF WITH EVERY FIBER OF MY BEING.It’s worth noting that the prices I list are just the prices I paid at the time, or whatever was currently being advertised. I chose the .99 for six months option and unless I miraculously find a relationship before it expires, I will be renewing it.
It’s nice to get some guaranteed matches but I guess I overall am lowering my chances by swiping less.
However, if you are going to be on this terrible site, please please please please please do not give them money.
Not only are you supporting an organization that doesn’t care about racism, sexism, rude behavior, good customer service, etc., the features themselves are not even worth it.
You can repeatedly look at someones profile during conversation to find conversation starters without looking like a creep.
You don’t have to worry about men saying things like “Oh you looked at my profile and didn’t respond, guess you’re not interested” (yes men actually say this).
