On Friday police officers were seen taking boxes from Ms Graham’s and Mr Single’s terraced home in Brinsley, Nottinghamshire.
Ms Graham has already been targeted on the internet for her alleged leaking of the membership list.
Charline Brandon, 61, of Cleveland, Mississippi turned herself in to the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office on one count of health care fraud, Class B felony, one count of Medicaid fraud, Class B felony and one count of Engaging in a Continuing Criminal gang, or enterprise, Class Y felony.
